Our apartments at Zentagasse are located in a fantastic, quiet part of the city, where you will definitely feel the Viennese flair. There are many green areas, parks and playgrounds around the area, including the “Waldmüllerpark” or the “Alois-Drasche-Park” both located only 600m from your apartment. Vienna’s historic 1st district is only 7 minutes away by a tram. Keep an eye on the charming little streets along the way as you will find many little Boutiques, Cafés and Restaurants that are worth a visit.

The apartment is 82m² and it has 2 bedrooms with double beds as well as a living room with a sofa-bed. The max capacity of the apartment is 6 Person.


About the apartment:

 It is a beautifully furnished apartment with a modern and comfortable interior:

- Our beds, blankets and pillows are all supplied by “Mühldorfer” a company with many years of experience in supplying beddings to all of the major hotel chains around the world.

- A well equipped kitchen that will give you the possibility to prepare your favourite meal in case you would like to stay in.

- Free high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as digital TV with international channels, are provided throughout the apartment, inviting you to relax after an exiting day of discovering the city.

Towels (1 large and 1 small / person) and bed linens are provided fresh and clean!


Public transportation

Within a few minutes form the apartment you can get onto the tram (line 1 and line 62) as well as the Bader Bahn ( a historical tram-train line) to get to the city center (Oper, Karlsplatz)

About 350m from the apartment is a tram (line 18) that takes you to the Main Train Station (Haupthbahnhof, Wien Hbf).


Parking

Unfortunately parking on the street is limited to 2 hours and a parking ticket is required. However for the purpose of loading /ulnoading you may park on the street, please makse sure that someone always stays near your car to inform the parking sheriff.

We recommend you the following parking garages nearby: "Kliebergasse 10, 1050 Wien" or "Hollgasse 2-6, 1050 Wien"


Airport Shuttle service

We are more than happy to organise a shuttle for you to and from the Airport.

The price of the taxi depends on the number of passangers and the destination, please contact us for an exact price quotation !

Cancellation Policy:


When booking a “standard” rate, the guest can change or cancel the booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival.


Please be informed that when booking a “non refundable” rate, changes or free of charge cancelations of the booking are not possible. Every change or cancellation will be charged with 100% of the price.
