We offer to our guests a contactless check-in process. A key-box has been installed at all our locations for which you will receive a code a few days before your arrival. Once you have to code you will be able to simply open the box and take out the keys. It is simple, safe and reliable.

We are only able to guarantee you an early check-in on the day of your arrival, a late check-out on the day of your departure.
Please contact us and we will put your request into our system and fulfill it if possible.
Additional payment is not necessary, if it is possible then it is free.
Unfortunately there are no attached parking spaces to the apartments. Parking on the street is possible but only for a limited amount of time and with a valid parking ticket. We offer to our guests to visit parken.at (available in English as well) to find a garage, park & ride nearby. For our recommended garages please contact us.
Prepaid parking tickets may be purchased at :
– tobacco stores
– ticket machines at U-Bahn stations
– post offices
– at some gas stations
We provide our guests 2 towels / person, 1 small , 1 large. The beds are all prepared, sheets, pillows, blankets.
We are more than happy to organize you a transfer to and from the Airport / Train station.

Price from the airport costs 5€ more.

Unfortunately all reservations must be paid in full before arrival. Payment upon arrival is not possible.
In Austria, if you are staying in a hotel/hostel/rental apartment you must register.
The online registration is the same process that you might encounter in a Hotel when they scan your passport.
If you would like to do this in person you would have to come to our office at : Maria-Theresien Straße 3, 1090, between our office hours: 10:00-17:00 on your arrival day.
Without registration we are not able to let you in the apartment.
The data that you enter will then remain securely saved for up to 7 years. This data will then be only accessible by the authorities (Police, BMLRT).
