The apartment is located on the 4th Floor and it is accessible with a Lift/Elevator.

The apartment consists of:

- A beautifully decorated living and sleeping area, that includes a foldable couch fitting up to 2 people for sleep and a queen size bed. Please note that one big room is separated through a partition wall. On one side of the wall you will find the living area and on the other side the sleeping area. Please have a look at the floor plan.

- One separately accessible bedroom with a queen size bed.

- A well equipped kitchen with a big dining table, inviting to have a great meal at home.

- One bathroom with a spacious shower, a basin and a lavatory.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as digital TV with international channels, are provided throughout the apartment, inviting you to relax after an exiting day of discovering the city.

Towels (1 large and 1 small / person) and bed linens are provided fresh and clean!


Public Transport

Nearby connection to the public transport network via Schottentor, only 150m from the building. At Schottentor you will find stops for the subway U2, for Trams (1, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 71, D) and the Bus line 1A.  

At Votive Church / Votivkirche there is also a stop for the Big Bus Tour - Red Line.


Transport from / to the Airport

Train S7 and Cat (City Airport transfer) are the most reliable way to get to the airport.

Train S7 has a stop at "Wien Mitte" and at "Praterstern", whereas CAT only stops at "Wien Mitte"

To get to "Wien Mitte" from the building please take U2 to "Schottenring" and from there U4 to "Wien Mitte"

To get to "Praterstern" you would simply have to take the subway U2 at "Schottentor" to "Praterstern" directly.

Parking

We recommend you the following parking garages: nearby at Liechtensteinstraße 4, 1090 or "Öpark Garagen" at Museumsplatz 1, 1060 Wien.

Parking on the streets in Vienna is limited to 2 hours and a parking ticket is required. However for the purpose of loading /unloading you may park on the street, please make sure that someone always stays near your car, to inform the parking sheriff.


Airport Shuttle service

We are more than happy to organise a shuttle for you to and from the Airport.

The price of the taxi depends on the number of passangers and the destination, please contact us for an exact price quotation !

Cancellation Policy

When booking a "standard" rate, the guest can change or cancel the booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

Please be informed that when booking a "non refundable" rate, changes or free of charge cancelations of the booking are not possible. Every change or cancellation will be charged with 100% of the price.
