   -  A well-equipped kitchen including washing machine, coffee machine, toaster & kettle as well as a dining area with a spacious dinig table for up to 6 person.

   -  The apartment has 2 bedrooms: both bedrooms with a 180 cm wide double bed.

   -  two bathrooms with washbasin, bathtub, shower & hairdryer.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a digital TV with international channels, are provided throughout the apartment, inviting you to relax after an exciting day of discovering the city.

Towels (1 large and 1 small / person) and bed linens are provided fresh!

Public Transport

Nearby connection to the public transport network via Wien Mitte, a transportation HUB, only about 450m from your apartment.

At Wien Mitte there are also stops for the Subway (U3, U4) , Trams (1,0) and the bus line 74A. 

Transport from / to the Airport

Train S7 and Cat (City Airport transfer) are the most reliable way to get to the airport

From your apartment you can get to "Wien mitte" on foot in about 6 minutes (450m) and from "Wien Mitte/Landstraße" you can take both trains (S7 and CAT).

Parking

We recommend you the following parking garages nearby "Garage Sechskrügelgasse" at Sechskrügelgasse 4, 1030 Wien or "Garage Invalidenstraße" at Invalidenstraße 10, 1030 Wien.

Parking on the streets in Vienna is limited to 2 hours and a parking ticket is required. However for the purpose of loading /unloading you may park on the street, please make sure that someone always stays near your car, to inform the parking sheriff.

Airport Shuttle service

We are more than happy to organise a shuttle for you to and from the Airport.

Cancellation Policy

When booking a "standard" rate, the guest can change or cancel the booking free of charge until 3 days before arrival.

Please be informed that when booking a "non refundable" rate, changes or free of charge cancelations of the booking are not possible. Every change or cancellation will be charged with 100% of the price.
