Description

Enjoy the closeness of the Danube Canal in our bright and spacious apartment. Within 200m you are at "Salztorbrücke" (bridge) and can make your way down to the canal bank. At the banks you will find Bars, Restaurants, Swimming Pools and more. In the summer time, there is a sandy beach where you can relax with a cocktail in your hand. You can also go for a run or a bike ride next to the Danube on the "Danube Cycle Path". 

The apartment is 76m² and it has 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) as well as a living room with a sofa-bed. The max capacity of the apartment is 4 Person.

It consists of

- A spacious living and dining area with a comfortable sofa bed

- A well equipped kitchen

- A bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a washing machine

- And a separate toilet room.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There is an elevator in the building. No steps to climb before or after the elevator.

All the windows look into the sunny & calm court yards, which makes the apartment very quiet and perfect for light sleepers!

Towels (1 large and 1 small / person) and bed linens are provided fresh and clean!


Public Transport

Nearby connection to the public transport network via the Schottentor station with the underground lines U2 & U4 and the tram line 1 - approx. 280 metres away.

At a distance of 550 metres you will find Schwedenplatz with lines U1 & U4 and tram lines 1 & 2.

At Schwedenplatz there are also stops for the Big Bus Tour - Red line at Taborstraße 1-3 , Hop on Hop off and the Vienna City Tram.


Transport from / to the airport

Train S7 and Cat (City Airport transfer) are the most reliable way to get to the airport. 

From your apartment you can get to "Wien Mitte" on foot in about 20 minutes (1,5km) and from "Wien Mitte/Landstraße" you can take both trains (S7 and CAT).

Or you can take the subway (U4-green line) from "Schottenring" to "Wien MItte" in about 10 minutes. 


Parking

We recommend you the following parking garages nearby: CONTIPARK Parkhaus Am Kai at "Gonzagagasse 2-4, 1010 Wien" or BOE Garage at "Morzinplatz, Franz-Josefs-Kai 1, 1010 Wien"

Parking on the streets in Vienna is limited to 2 hours and a parking ticket is required. However for the purpose of loading /unloading you may park on the street, please make sure that someone always stays near your car, to inform the parking sheriff.


Cancellation Policy

When booking a "standard" rate, the guest can change or cancel the booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

Please be informed that when booking a "non refundable" rate, changes or free of charge cancelations of the booking are not possible. Every change or cancellation will be charged with 100% of the price.
