This beautiful apartment is located in the very heart of Vienna.

The apartment is 73m² and it has 2 bedrooms with a double beds as well as a living room with a sofa-bed. The max capacity of the apartment is 6 Person.

The apartment consists of

- A beautifully decorated living room, that includes a foldable couch fitting up to 2 people for sleep and a beautiful dining table inviting to have a great meal or cosy evening relaxing at home.

- Two Bedrooms with queen size beds and wardrobes.

- One bathroom with a shower and a basin.

- One separately accessible lavatory with a washing machine.

Free high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as digital TV with international channels, are provided throughout the apartment, inviting you to relax after an exiting day of discovering the city.

Towels (1 large and 1 small / person) and bed linens are provided fresh and clean!

Public Transport

Nearby connection to the public transport network by the station Schwedenplatz with the underground lines U1 & U4 as well as the tram lines 1 & 2.

At Schwedenplatz there are also stops for the Big Bus Tour, Hop on Hop off and the Vienna City Tram.

Transport from / to the airport

Train S7 and Cat (City Airport transfer) are the most reliable way to get to the airport.

From your apartment you can get to "Wien mitte" on foot in about 10 minutes (800m) and from "Wien Mitte/Landstraße" you can take both trains (S7 and CAT).

Or you can take the subway (U1-red line) from "Schwedenplatz" to "Praterstern" and from Praterstern with S7 to the airport.

Parking

We recommend you the following parking garages nearby: Garage Capricorno at "Schwedenpl. 3-4, 1010 Wien" or Best In Parking at "Georg-Coch-Platz, 1010 Wien"

Parking on the streets in Vienna is limited to 2 hours and a parking ticket is required. However for the purpose of loading /unloading you may park on the street, please make sure that someone always stays near your car, to inform the parking sheriff.

Cancellation Policy

When booking a "standard" rate, the guest can change or cancel the booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

Please be informed that when booking a "non refundable" rate, changes or free of charge cancelations of the booking are not possible. Every change or cancellation will be charged with 100% of the price.
