Travel Safe and Contactless

WE ARE BACK! The current forecasts for the Corona pandemic have been showing a clear easing of the infection situation for weeks, which we are very happy about!

We are open again and are very happy to welcome our guests back! To make you feel safe and comfortable, we would like to give you some information about the current measures and our hygiene measures in the accommodation.

Hygiene measures in the accommodation

Hygiene and cleanliness are our top priorities!

Before we can welcome you, we ask you to take our hygiene measures into account.

Please send us a negative test certificate or proof that you have recovered or have been vaccinated. All information will be sent to you after your booking.

If you want to get some tips for the city and come to our office, we ask you to wear an FFP2 mask, disinfect your hands and if possible only enter one at a time. We look forward to your visit!

Our competent cleaning staff only use high quality cleaning products from the renowned cleaning experts KHIEL, which not only clean very well but also smell good.

During each cleaning, the flat is carefully checked and well aired.

Our bed linen and towels are cleaned by Salesianer Miettex.

Hotel and accommodation

In our hotel, as in other hotels and accommodation establishments, the 3-G rule and the FFP2 mask requirement apply when you come into contact with our staff.

What does the 3-G rule mean?

This rule means that before you check in with us, we require proof that you have been tested, recovered or vaccinated.

Retail and services

For grocery shops and any business, masks are mandatory and a distance of 2 metres applies. For other services close to the body (such as an appointment with a hairdresser), proof is required.

Culture and events

All museums are open and the same rules apply as in shops. No proof is required, but here again the FFP2 mask requirement and a distance of 2 metres apply.

Gatherings are allowed under 10 people and no permit is required from the health authority.

For gatherings of 11 or more people, the 3-G rule and the FFP2 mask requirement apply again. In addition, a permit from the health authority is also required.

Events with 51 or more people are currently only permitted with assigned seating. The maximum limit is 1500 people indoors and 3000 people outdoors. If you are planning to attend an event in Vienna, please contact your event organiser for more detailed information.

Leisure facilities

In all leisure facilities such as spas, baths and sports facilities, the 3-G rule applies and you must register on site.

Masks are not compulsory during sporting activities, nor must you keep your distance.
